Today we’ll be reviewing the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser. This is a favorite among the artist team.

Skin Type: Normal To Oily Skin

Use: Evening Use Only

Price: $20

Review: This cleanser can remove all makeup and oils. I recommend this cleanser for normal to oily skin because the cleansing ingredients are strong. It doesn’t leave the skin dry, but be sure to follow with your moisturizers and serums. The steps for using this cleanser are as follows: Water-wash your face and neck. Once your face and neck are damp, apply a half-pump of cleanser to fingertips. Rub fingertips together to get a lather going. Apply lathered cleanser to face and neck and massage in circular motions for 30 seconds. It’s important you cleanse for more than 30 seconds. This gives the cleanser time to break down the oils on your skin from the makeup and sweat. Similar to washing hands, you need to allow time for the suds to work. Rinse off cleanser thoroughly and pat dry with a soft clean towel. Avoid dragging the towel down your face, this will cause your face to sag over time. Patting with a towel will gently dry your skin.

Apply serums then moisturizer.

We recommend using this cleanser at night only as its strong. Only use in the morning if you have very oily skin.
